Surimi
Developed over 900 years ago, surimi comes from a Japanese word meaning ‘Minced Fish’.
Highly nutritional and with less than 1% fat content, our manufacturing starts with only the freshest landed lean white fleshed fish – Iytori ( Japanese threadfin bream). The fish is repeatedly rinsed , seasoned and minced into a paste. This odourless white paste is then flavoured, formed and cut to imitate an exciting and innovative array of shellfish products.
Our present range of products are available in both retail & foodservice pack styles under both Sea Spray and own label brands.
Sea Sticks
Hugely popular, our seasticks are manufactured using only the freshest
ingredients (threadfin bream). Available in retail 125g & 250g and catering
1kilo packs. Our brands include Sea Spray, JUS Like and Own label.
In addition to current specifications our Technical team will also be happy
to work alongside our customers own NPD departments to design exclusive
recipes.

Ocean Flakes
Ever increasing in demand, crab flavour ocean flakes are widely used as a main ingredient in the sandwich industry. Cost effective and a healthy option, our Ocean flakes are available in a variety of specifications incl Salad style, Shredded, Chunks and Bites. King Prawn Flavour Tails
Ready to Eat and perfect for a snack, our King Prawn Flavour Tails offer
great value for money and an alternative option to the real prawn. As well
as being eaten cold, our tails can be used in a stir fry to create an authentic

Breaded Crab Flavour claws

luxury surimi crab claws are carefully coated in breadcrumbs and are presented
with an authentic real crab for easy handling. The texture of the surimi
content has been specially selected to meet the demands of discerning caterers
and retailers who purchase this particular product.

The latest addition to our Sea Spray surimi range.
A new exciting mixed platter of surimi products has been launched as a 1st
in the UK retail market.
Simply defrost and serve. A combination of 4 seafood snacks incl Sea sticks,
King Prawn Flavour Tails, Lobster flavour and crab flavour bites are accompanied
by a sweet chilli dip. Product is packaged in a unique party style tray
with the sauce poured into a middle section of the tray for easy convenience.
Available in a 400g pack this new presentation allows the customer the opportunity to enjoy a selection of surimi based items.
