Technical Dept
Our Technical Department plays a key roll in the company by ensuring product safety and quality on all the products we manufacture as well as those we import from around the world.
Our
highly qualified team led by Kirsty
McLeod our Senior Technical Manager are very well trained in all aspects
of food hygiene and safety to carry out in-house all due diligence work
in accordance with the Food Safety Act and ensure at all times that we keep
up to date with the latest food regulations to meet our legal obligations.
Our own Seafood Factories have EFSIS accreditation at Higher
Level and all our other overseas factories have BRC Higher Level accreditation
too.



Our technical team worked with the technical teams of our partners abroad to achieve this standard and continue to work hard to maintain them. All our sites have HACCP.
