We are committed to improving our energy efficiency, and
currently working in conjunction with the Carbon Trust, to realise
the economic and environmental benefits. Using less energy
means lower operational costs and lower CO2 emissions.
Our factories
We have put in place a number of energy efficiency improvements in
our factories and head office which we believe has reduced our CO2
emissions by 22% per annum. This represents a significant
investment which will improve our energy consumption. We will
review our progress annually to ensure we maintain our efficiencies
and continue to improve upon them wherever possible.
Our people
Our people are key to ensuring we honour our commitments and meet
our targets; they are 100% supportive of what we are doing to
improve our environment and costs.
